First Advantage Japan K.K will adhere to the following rules when collecting personal information during the Pre-Employment Screening process:

1. All our employees will observe our internal compliance program relating to the handling of personal information and we will treat all personal information safely and correctly.
2. We only collect, use and provide the personal information in accordance with law.
3. We will employ responsible security measures and corrective actions to safeguard personal information from unauthorized access, loss, destruction and compromise.
4. We will appoint a personal information manager and give him/her the responsibility and the right to conduct and manage the compliance program properly.
5. We will observe the law and rules relating to personal information.
6. We will make regular improvements to the compliance programs through education, management, audit or review.
7. We will appoint a customer service representative and respond to queries such as providing, correcting, deleting, using or denying providing of personal information within 2 weeks.
   

Personal information which has already been collected before the legislation of personal information protection law or administer of compliance program will only be used for the following purposes and is also covered by the rules set out above.

• We will only use personal information which is commissioned by our clients to the extent necessary to complete our works, and we will never use that personal information for our benefit.
• The personal information which is collected for Pre-Employment Screening Checks is only used for Pre-Employment Screening Purposes.
• The personal information which is collected for Internal Operations (Including the information for ex-employees) is only used for Internal Operation Purpose.
